It has come to our attention that certain WhatsApp groups are being operated by fraudsters misrepresenting themselves as A.K. Capital Services Limited & A.K. Stockmart Private Limited, both SEBI-registered entities. These individuals falsely claim affiliation with us to mislead investors through fraudulent stock tips, promises of guaranteed returns, and deceptive investment schemes.

A.K. Capital Services Limited & A.K. Stockmart Private Limited DO NOT:

• Provide stock tips or investment advice via WhatsApp, Telegram, or social media.
• Guarantee returns on any investment.
• Conduct investor strategy seminars promising or arranging foreign trips/ pleasure trips (e.g., Vietnam) as incentives.
• Use unauthorized third-party apps, groups, or platforms for investment promotions.
• Engage in IPO investments or solicit equity investments of any kind.
• Develop any Application, Website, Portal, or Platform for soliciting investments or facilitating trading in stocks, IPOs, derivatives, or any other securities.

Fraudsters have even replicated our official warnings to mislead investors further.

IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED:

• Exit this fraudulent group and block unknown administrators.
• Do not share personal or financial details with anyone falsely claiming to represent A.K. Group.
• Verify authenticity of all communications exclusively through our official website.
• Report this fraud to SEBI and the Cyber Crime Cell.
